Job Opportunity: Executive Support Officer

Salary: £35,000 per annum plus benefits (Hybrid - 3 days in office)

Our client, a pioneering education & research organisation at the forefront of innovation and technological advancement, is seeking an Executive Support Officer. The organisation has offices in Birmingham and London and is involved in ground-breaking initiatives across multiple sectors.

This role offers a hybrid mix of Executive & Office Support, ideal for candidates who enjoy variety. You will have the opportunity to develop specialised expertise in areas such as procurement, health and safety, or IT coordination, while supporting senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Providing administrative support to the Executive Leadership Team, including diary management, preparing board packs, and high-level liaison.
  2. Maintaining office presence, coordinating visitors, managing supplies, and supporting meetings and events.
  3. Handling travel arrangements, expenses administration, and other operational duties.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Experience supporting senior executives in a PA capacity, managing diaries and travel arrangements.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exposure to a varied operational environment.
