Job summary

Superdry is seeking a Senior Chief of Staff/PMO-like role to partner with the CFO and the Executive team. You will convert strategic priorities into actionable plans, drive cross-functional delivery, and ensure decisions are followed through.

The role demands discretion, strategic thinking and a proven ability to challenge senior leaders while keeping multiple priorities on track. You will oversee the executive operating rhythm, prepare briefing materials, and coordinate with governance to align

Qualifications

• Experienced project or programme manager with a recognised qualification (APM, PRINCE2 or PMP).
• Experience in a Chief of Staff, Executive office, strategy or PMO role supporting senior leaders in a large, complex business.
• Confident building trusted relationships at Executive and Director level, with credibility to challenge and hold senior leaders to account.
• Commercially minded, able to turn strategy into practical plans and measurable outcomes.
• Analytically strong, able to pull data and insight together into clear recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Report into the Chief Financial Officer, while supporting the wider Executive team.
• Run the operating rhythm for Exec and leadership meetings, including meeting structure, forward agendas, papers and actions.
• Turn meeting outcomes into clear delivery plans and track progress with owners.
• Translate company strategy into clear priorities, initiatives and measurable actions.
• Project manage key cross-functional initiatives and flag conflicts early.
• Own important issues and bring the right people together to move them forward.
• Prepare analyses and briefing materials for major decisions.
• Represent the Exec's viewpoint in meetings and report progress.
• Spot risks and opportunities requiring Exec attention and suggest next steps.
• Partner with the Senior Governance Manager to align Exec and Board processes.
