About the role
RSM Corporate Finance is currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Executive to work across our Special Situations team (M&A, Debt Advisory and Turnaround teams).
The secondment would predominantly be focused on Special Situations M&A and suit candidates within Corporate Finance who are seeking a fresh challenge and an opportunity to broaden their expertise within consulting. Candidates with strong, relevant skill sets will also be considered.

Supporting both sell-side and buy-side stakeholders, the team works with corporates, lenders, and other financial stakeholders across the UK and globally, providing dynamic transaction support to achieve optimal outcomes.
Our Debt Advisory team leverages relationships with over 150 lenders, from high-street banks to private debt funds, to secure the most suitable funding solutions for businesses. With a focus on structuring appropriate terms, covenants, and packages, we ensure financing supports growth without placing undue strain on operations.
Additionally, RSM’s Turnaround team specialises in driving performance improvement by enhancing profitability, working capital, and cash flow.
