Job summary

DeepCamp is hiring for a Special Projects role in London, in person, full-time. You will work directly with the CEO and Chief of Staff, taking on diverse, high-impact tasks with no fixed remit, from fundraising materials to regulatory and market-entry work.

The role demands detail-oriented execution, fast learning, and a willingness to close the loop on tough problems. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in demanding settings, an exceptional track record, and a habit of using AI to accelerate

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in an environment with a high bar and short feedback loops (investment banking, strategy consulting, a fast growing startup)
• an exceptional track record: top of any room academically and professionally
• AI-native: you already use AI to speed up work
• Structured thinking: break messy problems into parts and explain your reasoning
• Ruthless organisation: multiple workstreams, everything written down
• Strong with Excel, slides, and written communication: documents and models read by executives

Responsibilities

• Special Projects sits directly alongside the CEO and Chief of Staff and takes on what the company needs most at that moment.
• There is no fixed remit and there is no playbook.
• Be clear eyed about what this is; demanding and unglamorous at times.
• You will be in the room for decisions most people see five years later.
