Job description

Job Brief:

Join us at the Singapore Economics and Management Institute (SEMI) — a dynamic organization specializing in corporate training, international business missions, and strategic business advisory services. We are looking for a motivated and capable individual to join our team in a programme management role, with scope ranging from Executive to Assistant Manager, depending on experience and performance.

As part of our Programme team, you will support the end-to-end execution of training programmes, study missions, immersion trips. You’ll work closely with both local and overseas stakeholders, manage logistics, and help ensure every programme runs smoothly from planning to delivery.

Responsibilities :

  • Coordinate with external stakeholders including client representatives, government officials, business partners, and tour agencies
  • Identify and liaise with local and overseas organizations for potential corporate visits and business exchanges
  • Engage speakers and industry experts for training and knowledge-sharing sessions
  • Oversee administrative logistics (i.e. training venue bookings, meals & catering arrangements, transport coordination, tour guide liaison, and R&R planning)
  • Accompany and facilitate delegations on overseas study missions and business visits
  • Provide simple verbal and written translation support (English Chinese)
  • Handle multiple programme timelines and partners with professionalism and efficiency
  • Individuals capable of managing operations independently will be considered for more senior roles

Requirements :

  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in corporate training, adult education, government liaison, or related sectors preferred
  • Fresh graduates with strong organizational and interpersonal skills are also welcome to apply
  • Minimum qualification: Junior College, Polytechnic Diploma, or equivalent (non-tertiary candidates with strong skills and attitude will be considered)
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written)
  • Experience managing diverse stakeholders and project timelines
  • Confident, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to travel for short-term assignments when required
  • Only Singapore Citizens or PRs will be considered
