What You'll Be Doing

  • Supporting and coordinating up to 5 executive search assignments
  • Managing diaries, arranging meetings, and overseeing interview logistics
  • Preparing high-quality reports, presentations, and documents
  • Ensuring projects run seamlessly, often to tight deadlines
  • Acting as the key point of contact for internal teams and high-level clients

We're Looking For Someone Who:

  • Has 3 + years' experience in a similar role (Search orRecruitment essential)
  • Thrives in a client-facing, deadline-driven environment
  • Possesses excellent document formatting, proofreading, and Excel skills
  • Is proactive, adaptable, and able to “see around corners”
  • Communicates confidently with stakeholders at all levels
  • Maintains a positive, solution-focused mindset under pressure

Tech Proficiency Needed:

  • Microsoft Word – formatting and document preparation
  • Excel – confident with spreadsheets and data
