Our client is a leading Executive Search firm based in central London, specializing in financial services and corporate sectors. Established in 1999, they have grown rapidly and are recognized as a top executive search firm in the UK.

The firm recruits talented graduates and researchers for a three-year rotation program, designed to develop expertise in the executive search industry. The program includes training in essential skills and competencies, exposure to various practice areas, and involvement in live projects to learn effective methodologies.

Initially, researchers undergo approximately eight weeks of training, followed by rotations through different sector teams, typically lasting six months each. This structure offers insights into sector interrelations, team collaboration, and helps identify areas of specialization.
