Job summary

3Search, part of 11 Investments, is expanding its Executive Search proposition and is seeking experienced Executive Search Partners to lead senior-level searches across marketing, digital, and commercial disciplines.

You’ll work directly with clients at C-suite level, manage high-value assignments, and shape our executive offering while benefiting from unlimited holiday, a competitive commission structure, and hybrid working (typically 2 days/week in Soho).

Qualifications

• Proven success in executive search and senior-level recruitment, including work origination.
• Strong billing record with experience meeting large revenue targets.
• Confident in running retained searches and managing senior stakeholders.
• Collaborative team player who uplifts others and leads by example.

Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture a network of senior candidates and clients.
• Win and deliver retained and exclusive mandates at executive level.
• Build long-term relationships to drive growth and market share.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment processes with precision.

Your Role: Executive Search Partner

As an Executive Search Partner, you’ll lead senior-level searches across marketing, digital, and commercial disciplines. You’ll work directly with clients at C-suite and -1 level, manage high-value assignments, and play a key role in shaping our executive proposition

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture a network of senior candidates and clients
• Win and deliver retained and exclusive mandates at executive level

• Manage full-cycle recruitment processes with precision and professionalism

• Negotiate complex deals and influence key decision-makers

• Strong billing record and experience delivering large individual revenue targets
• Confidence in running retained searches and managing senior stakeholder relationships
