Executive Search Graduate Researcher

Location: London

Our client is one of the world’s largest executive search firms, founded in 1977, operating through 75 offices in 48 countries. They advise influential organizations on leadership positioning across various industries.

As a Graduate Researcher, you will work collaboratively to transform organizations and markets, with extensive training in your chosen industry such as Life Sciences, Industrial, Energy & Infrastructure, or Financial Services.

Your responsibilities include:

  1. Assisting consultants in preparing client presentations.
  2. Attending client meetings to support in constructing briefs.
  3. Identifying top candidates and assessing their fit against the brief.
  4. Building candidate shortlists.
  5. Organizing candidate interviews and managing documentation.
  6. Supporting administrative tasks and meeting organization.

We are looking for individuals who:

  • Hold an undergraduate degree (preferably with a 2:1).
  • Have a degree in Life Sciences or Business (desirable).
  • Can build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Possess strong research skills and attention to detail.
  • Are prepared to take responsibility from day one.
  • Are extremely organized and reliable.
