Job Description:

Top Tier Executive Search firm in London has an opening for an Associate in their Financial Services practice.

You will have the opportunity to work closely with Consumer and Commercial Financial Services organisations with a worldwide reach - playing an integral part in the delivery of C- and Board level roles.

Working as part of this highly successful practice, you will have the chance to:

• Be mentored and developed by Consultants with over 10 years of experience
• Work with Partners and Consultants who are former executives in Financial Services and Insurance and are able to provide excellent insight
• Be a part of a Financial Services practice is one of the most successful in the firm, providing 20% of revenue – it will provide high visibility and a clear path to promotion
• Work in state of the art offices, enjoy a fully subsidised restaurant and hybrid working

You will be a motivated and confident self-starter with at least 3 years of experience working in a retained environment, ideally within Financial Services.
