Role Overview: They are seeking an ambitious and experienced Executive Search Consultant to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful senior-level placements, exceptional relationship-building skills, and a deep understanding of talent acquisition and retained search strategies within the travel & hospitality sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage end-to-end executive search assignments for clients in the travel & hospitality sector.
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior executives and key decision-makers in these sectors.
  • Conduct comprehensive candidate research, assessment, and profiling specific to travel & hospitality leadership roles.
  • Develop detailed candidate briefs and market mapping reports for these industries.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial client briefing to final placement.
  • Contribute to business development and new client acquisition in the travel & hospitality sector.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve collective targets and deliver exceptional results.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in executive search or high-end recruitment.

  • Excellent networking and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies and market trends in these sectors.
  • Degree-level qualification or equivalent professional experience.
