Role Overview: They seek an experienced Executive Search Consultant with a proven track record in senior placements, relationship-building, and talent acquisition within private equity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end executive search assignments in private equity
  • Build relationships with senior executives and decision-makers
  • Conduct candidate research and profiling for private equity leadership roles
  • Create candidate briefs and market mapping reports
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from client briefing to placement
  • Assist in business development and acquiring new clients
  • Collaborate with team members to meet targets
