Role Overview: They are seeking an ambitious and experienced Executive Search Consultant to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful senior-level placements, exceptional relationship-building skills, and a deep understanding of talent acquisition and retained search strategies within the F1 & automotive sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end executive search assignments for clients in the F1 & automotive sector.
• Build and maintain relationships with senior executives and decision-makers in these sectors.
• Conduct candidate research, assessment, and profiling specific to F1 & automotive leadership roles.
• Create detailed candidate briefs and market mapping reports.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from client briefing to placement.
• Contribute to business development and new client acquisition in F1 & automotive.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve targets and deliver results.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in executive search or high-end recruitment.
• Proven success in senior-level placements, preferably in F1 & automotive.

• Degree-level qualification or equivalent experience.
