Role Overview:

They are seeking an ambitious and experienced Executive Search Consultant to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a successful track record in senior-level placements, excellent relationship-building skills, and a deep understanding of talent acquisition and retained search strategies within the energy sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end executive search assignments for energy sector clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with senior executives and decision-makers.
• Conduct candidate research, assessment, and profiling for energy leadership roles.
• Create candidate briefs and market mapping reports.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from client briefing to placement.
• Contribute to business development and client acquisition in energy.
