The Role

As an Executive Search Consultant focusing on the US market, you will lead senior-level searches across our specialized industrial sectors. You will build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates, developing a deep understanding of industry trends and talent needs within these highly technical markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full executive search process for C-suite and senior management roles
• Develop and nurture client relationships across the US energy and industrial sectors
• Create targeted search strategies to identify exceptional talent
• Conduct thorough candidate assessments and detailed market mapping
• Provide consultative advice to clients on organizational structure and talent strategy
• Contribute to business development efforts and growth of our US market presence

Required Experience

• Proven track record in executive search, with specific experience in one or more of our focus sectors: Filtration, Nonwoven, Oil & Gas, Power, or Renewables
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with senior executives
• Strong understanding of the US market dynamics and talent landscape
• Ability to sell retained search solutions
• Excellent research and headhunting capabilities
• Commercial acumen with the ability to identify and convert business opportunities
