• Starting salary of £32k, rising to £35k after 6 months

• Sitting in on client briefs and understanding your clients offering/requirements for candidates
• Mapping the financial markets and knowing the best individuals for your clients
• Creating long and short lists of suitable talent for your clients
• Approaching passive candidates and pitching new roles for them
• Creating reports on trends throughout application processes, and reporting back to your team
• Creating salary reviews for your clients and candidates
• Supporting your manager throughout application processes

The Ideal Candidate – Executive Search Consultant

• 2:1 degree from university in any discipline
• Evidence of hard work and excellence (e.g., academia, sports, work, etc.)
• Great problem-solving skills
• Motivated to build a successful career
• Confidence speaking with high-level decision makers
