• Base salary of £32k, rising to £35k after 6-month probation, and £40k after your first promotion

The Role Executive Search Consultant

• Attending client briefings to understand fully the type of individuals your clients are looking for and what their offering is as a business
• Market mapping and identifying the top CFO talent for your clients
• Working closely with your client to identify the individuals they want you to approach on their behalf
• Speaking with CFOs around their career journey, potential wish-list for a move, and pitching the roles your clients are hiring for
• Ensuring you are fully knowledgeable on the areas your clients and candidates operate in so that you can advise and consult based on market trends
• Working closely with your team to manage the interview process from start to finish
