Role Overview: They seek an ambitious and experienced Executive Search Consultant to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful senior-level placements, excellent relationship-building skills, and a deep understanding of talent acquisition and retained search strategies within aerospace & defence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end executive search assignments in aerospace & defence
