About Us

We are a boutique recruitment consultancy specialising in sourcing exceptional management and executive-level talent across the consumer goods, technology, and sports sectors. With a strong track record of delivery and a collaborative, human approach to recruitment, we partner with some of the most exciting and high-growth businesses in the market.

The Role

We are seeking a part-time Management & Executive Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. This is a delivery- and business-focused role, ideal for someone with prior experience in management or executive search who is looking for a flexible, permanent position that fits around other commitments (such as school hours or childcare).

You will be responsible for identifying and converting new business opportunities while also managing and filling mid- to senior-level vacancies across our core sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively generate new business through outreach, networking, and referrals.
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships, understanding their strategic hiring needs.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for management and executive-level roles.
  • Write compelling job descriptions and advertising copy.
  • Source, interview, and shortlist high-calibre candidates using a range of tools and channels.
  • Provide market insights and consultative advice to clients and candidates.
  • Maintain accurate records and updates within the CRM.

About You

  • Proven recruitment experience at management or executive level is essential.
  • Background in recruiting for roles within consumer goods, technology, or sports is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in both new business development and candidate delivery.
  • Confident, professional, and personable communicator with strong commercial acumen.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, comfortable working autonomously.
  • Able to commit to part-time hours consistently, with flexibility during core working periods.

What We Offer

  • Permanent, part-time opportunity (20–25 hours per week).
  • Flexible working hours designed to support childcare or personal commitments.
  • Autonomy and trust—results-focused, not clock-watching.
  • Supportive and collaborative team culture.
  • Competitive pro-rata salary with performance-based incentives.
