The Role of a Headhunter:

Being a headhunter is a unique & rewarding job. It is primarily a 360-degree sales, business development & key account management role.

You will have responsibility for managing client relationships with some of the world’s leading brands, innovative start-up & private equity businesses. You will be responsible for sourcing them top talent/candidates becoming an integral support for their business.

With candidates, you will be responsible for building a network of exceptionally talented candidates in the industry you specialise in. You will actively pursue & identify career opportunities for them and support them fully in their transition to a new position.

Our base salary starts at £26,000 and we’ve seen graduates in all four of our intakes since our inception in 2019 have been incredibly successful with Consultants earning in excess of £100,000 in their first year working with us.

Along with unrivalled earning potential, our current phase of growth means that there is the opportunity for rapid progression, with some of recent Consultants progressing to Management

positions within 12-18 months of joining TH Daniels.
