Executive Search Associate – Technology Change & Transformation

My client is one of the largest and fastest-growing search firms in its space. They are a leadership advisory boutique providing executive search and interim management/consulting services to the technology, professional services, and digital consumer industries.

They are what we call at Carlin Hall a ‘mezzanine firm’, a mid-sized boutique capable of delivering a high standard of service comparable to tier-one search firms, with the agility of a boutique. They have offices in Europe and North America and have ambitious expansion plans. They are on EMEA-wide PSLs for several of the Big 4 at Partner and Director levels.

As part of their growth, they are seeking an Associate to join their successful London office and support three partners working across various industries and functions. Typical mandates have an OTE between £150k-£400k, often exceeding £400k. The successful candidate will assist with candidate identification via desk and primary research, approach and telephone screen candidates, and help prepare pitch and BD documentation. This role offers significant room for growth, so the candidate must be highly ambitious and career-driven, with a dedication to growth and improvement.

Ideal candidates will have at least 12 months of retained search experience or a strong track record in a credible contingent firm, along with strong academic credentials and intellect. The successful hire will be motivated to excel in a career in search.
