Basic salary £35,000 - £40,000 + quarterly bonus - 65k-70k OTE, 1st year OTE

About the Role

You will join an established team focused on growing key accounts across the UK, US, and Europe. Your role will be delivery-focused, working on a mix of retained and contingent projects. With average fees of £25k-£30k and a high volume of roles, this industry offers lucrative opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Desk-based research and market mapping
• Manage the delivery of senior roles from brief to close
• Identify sources and prospects through research and conversations with key influencers
• Qualify candidates via phone screening and informal references
• Own research processes and report weekly to clients
• Produce mapping documents, status reports, and candidate appraisals
• Attend candidate and client meetings
• Share market intelligence, trends, and data
• Assist in preparing pitch documents and business strategies
• Expand market knowledge and client networks
