An innovative firm is seeking an experienced Executive Reward Manager to lead the executive reward strategy. In this pivotal role, you will manage the annual Executive Reward process, provide specialist advice, and collaborate with senior stakeholders across AXA UK and Ireland. Your expertise in executive compensation will be crucial as you navigate the complexities of reward strategies, ensuring compliance and relevance in a dynamic regulatory environment. We’re recruiting an experienced Executive Reward Manager on a permanent or a 12 month fixed term contract basis to manage AXA UK Executive reward, including the delivery of the annual Executive Reward process, reviewing policies and providing specialist advice to the business and HR stakeholders.
You’ll have experience working with Executive compensation and benefits best practices, ideally in the Financial Services sector, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to support reward strategies for both AXA UK and Ireland (UK&I). At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least 40% of your week away from home, moving to the majority of your working week from September 2025. Away from home means either attendance at our Bristol location, visiting clients or attending industry events.
