If you’re in a client-facing role, you might be expected to attend client meetings on certain days, which will be a mix of online and in-person events. Please note your final assessment and induction will also be in-person, to give you the opportunity to network and build relationships.

That will be the initial focus whether you are a Graduate, an Industrial Placement, or a BrightStart, supported by internal training and support from coaches, people leaders, and your team.
We think this is vital and will set you up for success when we further support your development with a professional qualification, recognising that different roles across our business align to different pathways.
