About Executive Resourcing

Executive Resourcing specializes in recruiting senior, niche, or confidential positions. It requires systematic research to find the best candidates, who are often very senior and not actively seeking new roles.

Your Role

You will support our Executive Resourcing Team by identifying and approaching potential candidates through various methods, including headhunting. You will manage the entire process, from preparing role specifications to arranging interviews and facilitating candidate onboarding.
