A leading financial services organization in Bristol is seeking an Executive Reporting Manager to support reporting and insights for various products. This role involves collaborating with a Managing Director and requires strong Commercial Banking experience and excellent communication skills. The position offers hybrid working, a generous pension, performance bonuses, and other flexible benefits.
This is an exciting new role that will support executive reporting. The role will partner with a Managing Director in the Business function within Lloyds Banking Group to help support the reporting of various products within that MD's area. The insights provided will feed into commentary for Board Metrics, the CEO Scorecard, and broader insights such as "path to greens" for off-track metrics.
Executive Reporting Managers (ERMs) play an integral role within our operations, each aligned to a Managing Director's office to develop a detailed understanding of all balance scorecard metrics, key initiatives, and board metrics. To succeed, you should demonstrate your Commercial Banking experience with excellent communication skills, building trust with key partners to gain a deep understanding of executive performance and communicate this through meaningful insights.
