Job description

This is an exciting new role that will support executive reporting. The role will partner with a Managing Director in the Business function within Lloyds Banking Group to help support the reporting of various products within that MD's area. The insights provided will feed into commentary for Board Metrics, the CEO Scorecard, and broader insights such as "path to greens" for off-track metrics.

Executive Reporting Managers (ERMs) play an integral role within our operations, each aligned to a Managing Director's office to develop a detailed understanding of all balance scorecard metrics, key initiatives, and board metrics. To succeed, you should demonstrate your Commercial Banking experience with excellent communication skills, building trust with key partners to gain a deep understanding of executive performance and communicate this through meaningful insights.

What you'll be doing:
  1. Owning executive reporting expectations and performance, including contribution towards the CEO scorecard, Board metrics, and key commitments.
  2. Building a partner network to understand the drivers behind each performance measure, both quantitatively and qualitatively.
  3. Identifying data or insight gaps for the team to address through robust BI/MI solutions.
  4. Collaborating with other ERMs and supporting the development of Senior Analysts.
