Job summary

NCC Group is seeking an Executive Principal Consultant to lead high-end Red Team engagements across the attack lifecycle, from initial access to objective completion. You will mentor colleagues, develop tooling, and present findings to C-level stakeholders.

You’ll contribute to capability development, cooperate with sales and scoping, and represent NCC Group in client-facing engagements, using a mix of off-the-shelf and custom tools.

Qualifications

• Deliver high-complexity Red Team engagements end-to-end.
• Understand adversary TTPs and lifecycle.
• Communicate risks clearly to executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver advanced adversary simulations and engagements.
• Maintain operational security and risk mitigation throughout delivery.
• Produce narrative reports for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Engage with clients, including C-level stakeholders, for debriefs and scoping.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to capability development.
