Job purpose:

To deliver high-quality educational staff supply services to schools and supply workers in your area, enhancing the company's reputation and fostering business growth through satisfied customers. Responsibilities include recruiting, vetting, maintaining relationships with candidates, responding to inquiries, making outbound sales calls, arranging client visits, maintaining database accuracy, preparing CVs, and supporting company events and relationships with schools.

Main responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with legislation, policies, and procedures.
  • Prioritize health and safety, safeguarding assets, and confidentiality.
  • Develop strong relationships within the department and with clients.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and communicate professionally.

Requirements:

  • Full UK Drivers License
  • Experience in recruitment or sales
  • Knowledge of funding, PSL, REC Code of Conduct, AWR legislation
  • Excellent communication, planning, and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency with RDB, Swyx, Teams, social media marketing
  • Understanding of child safeguarding and confidentiality
