Job Purpose

Are you a confident and organised individual with a high level of attention to detail seeking your next step to define and transform the future of how TfL keeps London, moving, working and growing through people?

You’ll join an established and multi award-winning team to help drive transformation by bringing your knowledge, skills and experience to create a ‘uniquely TfL’ recruitment and on-boarding experience for senior level talent. • Develop and maintain an effective system for handling recruitment data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with governance and audit requirements.
  • Ensure all recruitment administration is accurate, compliant, and of high quality, supporting the delivery against KPIs and service level agreements.
