What You'll Do
  • Lead end-to-end executive search for critical leadership roles across business units and geographies.
  • Use data analytics and talent intelligence to drive sourcing strategies, assess market trends, and inform hiring decisions.
  • Build and manage diverse talent pipelines through strategic mapping, competitive research, and proactive engagement.
  • Deliver high-quality candidate and market insights to senior stakeholders with clarity and precision.
  • Own and improve executive recruiting processes, tools, and metrics to enhance efficiency and quality of hire.
  • Partner closely with HR, Talent Management, and Total Rewards to align on strategic talent priorities.
What You'll Bring
  • Proven background in executive search within a global industrial or manufacturing context, including solid understanding of engineering and niche roles
  • In-house experience within a global industrial/manufacturing business strongly preferred
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to influence decisions and optimise outcomes.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at the C-suite level.
  • A bias for action, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Proven experience recruiting executive-level talent (C-suite and direct reports).
  • Proven background in executive search within a global industrial or manufacturing context, including solid understanding of engineering and niche roles
  • In-house experience within a global industrial/manufacturing business strongly preferred
