Job summary

Une organisation leader dans le secteur des services financiers recherche un Recruteur Exécutif pour rejoindre une équipe de recrutement interne nouvellement établie. Vous aurez l'opportunité de façonner la stratégie de recrutement exécutif et de collaborer directement avec des dirigeants pour attirer les meilleurs talents. Ce poste hybride nécessite une présence minimale de 12 jours par mois au bureau et offre un contrat initial de 3 mois.

Qualifications

• Expérience avérée en recrutement exécutif, idéalement dans des environnements complexes ou mondiaux.
• Excellentes compétences en communication et en gestion des parties prenantes, niveau C-suite.

Responsibilities

• Diriger des recherches au niveau exécutif et cartographier des talents.
• Travailler avec des parties prenantes senior pour aligner le recrutement sur les objectifs stratégiques.
• Construire et maintenir des pipelines de candidats solides.
