THE ROLE

The Gold Studios is launching a new entertainment-led YouTube network focused on UK sport. This multi-channel platform will feature original formats, creator-led shows, and cultural commentary, primarily on football but covering all sports. The goal is to create engaging, unfiltered sports entertainment in the UK.

We are seeking an Executive Producer & Managing Director to build and lead this network. You will shape creative direction, develop standout shows, and work closely with talent to bring authentic sports stories to life. You will set the culture, define the look and feel, and ensure the network appeals to a modern sports audience.

You will oversee a multi-million-pound production budget and assemble a UK-based team of producers, editors, and creatives. Your focus will be on growing views, subscribers, and cultural impact, making this a pioneering project in UK sports media.
