This role reports to the Head of Commercial Video.

Overview of job: You will be responsible for managing and delivering industry-leading commercial branded video content across Global’s media portfolio. Leading a team of Junior Producers and Video Editors, you will oversee multiple projects, ensuring high-quality output and timely delivery. You will work closely with the Head of Commercial Video to execute strategic vision, meet commercial & client goals, and align with brand and editorial standards.

What you will need:

  • Extensive experience in video production, with a strong portfolio.
  • Proven management skills in a creative environment.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro; experience with After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator is advantageous.
  • Experience briefing editors and Producers, even if not hands-on editing.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Understanding of social media landscape and content optimization.
  • Ability to analyze social media metrics and adapt strategies.
