Job summary

10:10 Games is seeking an Executive Producer in Warrington to oversee a large development team and deliver AA/AAA console and PC projects. You will drive production across the studio and work closely with leadership to ensure timely, high-quality releases.

The role requires 10+ years in production leadership, proven success leading mid-to-large teams, and strong Jira/Agile experience. Hybrid working and a path for growth are offered within a collaborative studio.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in game production or development leadership.
• Led production on large teams (50+ developers).
• Shipped multiple AA/AAA titles in a senior production leadership role.
• Extensive experience managing complex, multi-year development programmes.
• Deep understanding of game development pipelines across Design, Engineering, Art and QA.
• Strong working knowledge of Jira (or equivalent) for production planning, reporting and workflow.
• Strong experience with Agile, Scrum and hybrid production methodologies.
• A great collaborative leader who is pragmatic and calm under pressure.

10:10 Games is an independent development studio based in the heart of Warrington, UK. 10:10 Games saw its first release in 2024 with Funko Fusion and is now gearing up for future growth with new and exciting IPs.
