Job summary

Royall is seeking an exceptional Executive Producer to join its senior leadership team, leading landmark, high-profile live events on a global stage. The role delivers creative and commercial leadership across multi-market projects from scoping through execution.

You will oversee seven-figure budgets, negotiate with suppliers, and advise C-suite clients, while mentoring senior producers to foster a culture of excellence and accountability.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of solid experience in live events within a creative agency, integrated marketing agency, or specialised production company.
• Proven ability to lead high-profile, large-scale, and multi-disciplinary projects from pitch to delivery (ideally with Cannes experience or experience leading similar-scale global builds/projects).
• Deep experience managing seven-figure budgets (£1M+) with expert supplier negotiation and margin delivery.
• A strong understanding of the brand experience, content, and communications landscape—ranging from live activations and installations to digital, film, and hybrid experiences.
• A solutions-focused, calm, and clear communicator who excels under pressure and is passionate about growing production talent.

• Lead Landmark Productions: Take the reins on some of the agency's most high-profile, creatively ambitious work, overseeing complex, large-scale projects across multiple markets and disciplines from early scoping through execution and wrap.
• Drive Commercial Excellence: Maintain full commercial ownership over significant seven-figure budgets, mitigating risk, forecasting accurately, and protecting margins without ever compromising creative ambition.
• Partner at the Highest Level: Act as a trusted senior advisor to C-suite clients, bringing strategic production insight into pitches, key meetings, and long-term relationships.
• Inspire & Mentor Talent: Lead by example as a true leader of people, mentoring senior producers and production teams to foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence.
