Global Tech / Major Exhibitions specialists

Imagine being responsible for one of the most prominent brand experiences at one of the world's biggest international exhibitions.

Not contributing to it. Not supporting someone else who's leading it.

But being the person trusted to bring the whole thing together.

A globally recognised client. A multimillion-pound budget. An international stage where thousands of people will experience something you've helped create.

But this isn't a role for someone who just loves producing incredible events.

It's for someone who knows how to lead the people who produce them.

You know behind something of this scale is a small army of talented people. Producers, creatives, technical specialists, suppliers and freelancers, all with different responsibilities, competing priorities and deadlines that aren't going anywhere.

With you as the person making sure it all works.

You'll be overseeing a team of 20+ people with two direct reports, making decisions that affect everything from the creative direction to the commercial performance, and working directly with a client who expects you to know exactly what's happening without needing to ask.

You'll need to be comfortable with that level of responsibility.

Really comfortable.

You need to know your numbers, protect margins, challenge costs and make smart commercial decisions. Not every brilliant creative idea makes business sense, and you need to know the difference.

You'll also understand the world of tech clients. They're a different breed, with different expectations, and you'll know how to work with them.

Talking of the client.

You'll be their trusted senior lead. The person who can walk into a room full of global stakeholders, hold their own, challenge thinking, make decisions and leave everyone confident they're in safe hands.
