Greenwood Academies Trust seeks an inspirational, proven leader to join as Executive Principal (without portfolio) to work across assigned secondary academies. This flexible arrangement may cover one site or several, on a temporary basis until the end of the current academic year.

Ideal for Headteachers, Principals or Executive Principals looking to broaden leadership, strengthen governance and drive improvement across academies within the trust. A supportive, mission-driven environment awaits.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of sustained educational improvement.
• Deep knowledge of school improvement.
• Ability to manage time across one site or multiple academies.
• Ability to build relationships with colleagues, parents and pupils.
• Understanding factors influencing pupil achievement, incl. SEND.

We are looking to appoint an inspirational and successful leader to join our team as a new Executive Principal (without portfolio) to work in assigned secondary academies. This is envisaged as a flexible role that could include single or multi-academy working as required by academy needs. This is a temporay post, up until the end of this Academic year. This is an exciting opportunity for existing Headteachers, Principals or Executive Principals to broaden and extend their leadership.
