As Executive Principal, you will:
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight across all areas of the Academy
- Inspire staff, students, and the wider community with a clear vision for excellence
- Drive continuous improvement in academic outcomes, safeguarding, and pastoral care
- Champion equity, inclusion, and opportunity for every learner
- Work closely with the Trust's leadership team to align Academy goals with wider strategic priorities
Qualifications and expectations

- Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
- A deep commitment to inclusive education and pupil wellbeing
- The ability to lead with empathy, resilience, and strategic clarity
