Overview

As Executive Principal, you will:

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight across all areas of the Academy
• Inspire staff, students, and the wider community with a clear vision for excellence
• Drive continuous improvement in academic outcomes, safeguarding, and pastoral care
• Champion equity, inclusion, and opportunity for every learner
• Work closely with the Trust's leadership team to align Academy goals with wider strategic priorities
