A healthcare organisation in Bothwell seeks a dedicated Personal Assistant to support the Chair and Chief Executive. The ideal candidate should have a relevant secretarial qualification and extensive experience in a complex organisational environment. Responsibilities include high-level support, minute-taking, and organisational tasks. This full-time permanent position offers various benefits, including a minimum of 27 days annual leave and membership in the NHS Pension Scheme.
To provide high-level, confidential personal assistant support that enhances the effective functioning of both the Chair and the Chief Executive’s Office. To support the Corporate Management Team by assisting with the planning and organisation of workloads for the Chair and Chief Executive.

This role will be based in Chief Executives Office within Kirklands Hospital - NHS Lanarkshire Board HQ.
The working pattern for this role Monday - Friday.
