Job description

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Personal Assistant to support the managing and commercial directors at the heart of our fast growing e-commerce business. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of their daily operations acting as a trusted and reliable point of coordination across diary, email, meetings, and office logistics.

Salary of up to £35,000 based on experience. Based primarily on site at Crewe with potential to possibly work at Winsford and some occasional home working.

About The Role

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Diary & Meeting Management: Proactively schedule, prioritise, and manage internal and external meetings.
  • Inbox Management: Monitor and triage incoming emails, flag key priorities, and draft responses.
  • Meeting Support: Prepare agendas, take minutes, and ensure timely follow-ups on actions, occasionally supporting the wider management team.
  • Travel Coordination: Organise occasional UK and international travel, including accommodation.
  • Office Management: Coordinate onsite catering, meetings, events, and general office upkeep in collaboration with internal teams and suppliers.
  • Task Prioritisation: Stay on top of high-priority tasks, ensuring they are addressed promptly and efficiently.
  • Personal Support: Occasionally assist with personal errands or tasks to help optimise the Directors' time.
  • Professional Gatekeeping: Manage access to the Directors with diplomacy and a human touch, balancing efficiency with approachability.
  • Contract Management: Maintain the contract repository and liaise with relevant stakeholders to track and manage contract renewals.
  • Process Improvement: Utilise AI tools to identify opportunities for workflow and process efficiency within the role.

Requirements

Essential Skills Required:

  • Minimum of 3 years proven experience in a PA, EA or similar administrative support role.

  • Confident managing complex calendars and balancing shifting priorities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, planner).
