Odyssey, an AI lab, seeks an Executive Business Partner to support the CTO. Based across London with activities in Palo Alto and Zurich, you will own calendar, travel, and logistics, acting as a trusted force multiplier for a founder-led, fast-growing team.

You will coordinate board meetings, investor interactions, and key events, prep materials, track commitments, and drive efficient workflows. If you thrive on detail and ambiguity, this is your front-row seat to help shape Odyssey’s future.

Qualifications

8+ years in an executive support/operations role, including founder/CTO support.
Experience in a high-growth startup or fast-moving environment.
Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
Strong written and verbal communication, adaptable to researchers, investors, and board members.
High degree of professionalism, judgment, and discretion.
Ownership mindset and proactive problem-solving.
Comfort operating with ambiguity and building lightweight processes.
Genuine interest in AI and Odyssey's tech.
Experience using AI tools to streamline workflows.

Responsabilités

Manage the CTO’s calendar, travel, and day-to-day logistics across multiple time zones, including board and investor meetings.
Prepare for meetings with the right people, information, and materials.
Coordinate execution for board meetings, conferences, offsites, and high-priority events.
Track commitments and actions, coordinate across teams, ensure follow-through.
Own ambiguous problems and special projects, determining what needs to be done.
Identify ways to make the CTO’s workflow and organization faster and more effective.
