Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in partner management, program management, management consulting, or a technical customer-facing leadership role.
• Experience leading projects with multiple cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own and cultivate executive relationships with C‑suite leaders within your assigned partner portfolio, acting as the primary executive contact for operational strategy, commercial incentives, and governance.
• Lead executive‑level business reviews to review performance against joint goals, identify new opportunities for growth, and ensure long‑term partner health and satisfaction from a service delivery perspective.
• Conduct rigorous assessments of partner technical maturity and identify strategic skill gaps.
• Lead strategic initiatives and drive core cross‑functional efforts related to partner engagement.
• Be responsible for the end‑to‑end delivery lifecycle for partners, serving as a executive technical and functional consultant during live advertiser activations, mobilizing internal specialized Engineering or Upskilling teams to unblock the most complex projects and ensure delivery quality.
