EXECUTIVE PA (WEALTH MANAGEMENT) – LONDON
Our client is looking for an Executive Assistant to join their team to help support the Senior Management team in London. This role is critical in ensuring all combined responsibilities are fulfilled to an excellent standard within the Practice. As the Executive PA you will provide administrative, organisational, and strategic support to ensure the CEO, CFO and Chairman’s time is optimised and the business runs smoothly. This role requires exceptional discretion, professionalism, and the ability to operate with initiative and foresight in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Strong understanding of UK financial advice processes.
- Knowledge of FCA regulatory requirements, suitability rules, and advice documentation standards.
- Background in an IFA, wealth management, or financial planning environment.
- Exposure to advice process or proposition development.
- Proven ability to design, document, and refine advice processes or frameworks.
- Experience interpreting management information (MI), identifying trends, and recommending improvements.
- Collaboration across compliance, operations, product, and adviser networks.
- Prepare letters, high-quality documents, presentations, and reports for meetings as required.
- Organise and provide support for board meetings, executive committees, executive offsites, key client engagements and other key business meetings where required.
- Oversee expense management, invoices and related administrative processes.
- Assist in the smooth running of the office environment as required.
Person Specification
- Previous experience as a PA/EA at Board or C‑Suite level, ideally within financial services, professional services, or a fast‑paced growth business.
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple demands.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and collaboration tools.
- Experience managing confidential and sensitive information.
- Highly professional, discreet, and reliable.
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to anticipate needs.
- Calm under pressure with a solutions‑focused mindset.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and credibility quickly.
- Flexible and adaptable to evolving business needs.
