A leading insurance firm in London is seeking an Executive PA to support an ExCo member. The role includes managing diaries, organizing meetings, and providing administrative support. Ideal candidates will have proven Executive PA experience and advanced proficiency in Microsoft tools. This position offers flexible working options, a competitive salary around £50,000 per year, and numerous benefits including hybrid working and performance-related bonuses.
We have an exciting opportunity for an Executive PA to join the team.
In this role, you will provide comprehensive PA support to an ExCo member ensuring they are well-prepared and organized to achieve their business goals. You will also collaborate with Business Managers and support additional team members, working closely with internal stakeholders across Allianz and external partners as needed.
This is a hybrid role based in our London office. Can be flexible with the number of days in the office.
Pay: Circa £50,000 per year.
Pay is based on relevant experience, skills for the role, and location. Salary is only one part of our total reward package.
