Role: Executive PA
Location: London
Duration: January 2026

Our client is seeking a versatile and experienced EA/PA to join their team in London on a contract basis. The successful candidate will be operationally focused and contribute to various projects within the organization.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Exhibiting professional, empathetic interpersonal skills and a positive communication style, recognizing that you are the face of the CFO and need to project the Finance team well both internally and externally.
• Building strong rapport with the CFO, senior leadership team, and stakeholders to act as a trusted partner.
• Communicating thoughtfully and sensitively with stakeholders to build and support the CFO's working relationships, ensuring all queries are resolved promptly.
• Being a reliable, professional, and flexible team player who can work calmly and consistently under pressure, adapting to changing schedules and high ambiguity environments.
