Chester Race Company is hiring an Executive Operations Coordinator to provide administrative support and manage office operations at their headquarters in Chester. This role is pivotal in supporting the smooth operation of Chester Racecourse's headquarters.Reporting to the Executive Assistant and Secretary to the Board, this position requires an organised, proactive individual who can balance executive support duties with broader office management responsibilities. The ideal candidate will serve as the operational backbone of our organisation, ensuring excellent administrative support while continuously improving our processes and systems.

Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 per annum
Hours of work:
37.5 hours per week, standard working hours are 09:00-17:00.
Evening and weekend work is expected in line with business needs with theabilityto work occasional irregular hours during race events and busy periods.
This role is based in Chester with occasional travel in the UK and therefore a reliable commute to Chester city centre is essential.
Occasional remote working will be possible.
