Role Overview
The Executive Office Co-ordinator will be the central point of contact for administrative and commercial support across the business. This is a varied and hands-on role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable managing a broad range of tasks.
Key Responsibilities
General administrative duties including filing, document preparation, and office organisation
Answering and directing phone calls and handling email correspondence
Managing the company calendar and coordinating diaries for key personnel
Preparing and sending customer invoices using Xero accounting software
Booking shipments via logistics software
Supporting commercial activities such as liaising with suppliers, tracking orders, and supporting sales initiatives
Maintaining office supplies and assisting with general office upkeep
Providing ad hoc support to the management team as needed
Key Skills & Experience Required
Previous administrative or office coordination experience preferred
Proficient with Xero or similar invoicing/accounting software
Confident using logistics or courier booking platforms
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
