  • Flex plans and resources to respond to trading conditions and evolving business needs.

Stakeholder & Supplier Management

  • Build trusted relationships across creative, brand, media, and partner teams, championing clear communication and alignment.
  • Source, negotiate, and manage external talent evolving our supplier network.

Creative & Operational Excellence

  • Ensure all content is customer-first, channel-relevant, and executed to the highest standard.
  • Stay ahead of emerging production technologies and trends, bringing fresh thinking to every project.
  • Confidently manage logistics, permits, contracts, call sheets, risk assessments, and usage rights.

Strategic Contribution

  • Juggle multiple projects with ease, balancing hands-on execution with strategic oversight.
  • Help shape Hello Studio’s in-house production capabilities, driving growth and innovation across The Very Group.

  • Proven track record of delivering campaigns across channels with agility and impact.
  • Expert in budget management, advising scheduling teams, and production sourcing.
  • Strong communicator with excellent client-facing skills and stakeholder management experience.
  • Positive, solutions-focused, and proactive in overcoming challenges.
  • Existing network of talent and production contacts.
  • Passionate about art buying, talent sourcing, and staying on top of industry trends.
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and confident managing logistics and post-production delivery.
  • Able to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.
