Enfield Council is seeking an Assistant Chief Executive to join the executive management team. Working alongside the chief executive, you will shape and deliver the council’s transformation agenda, leveraging digital innovation and leading corporate services to improve outcomes for residents.

You will bring together HR, Legal, Strategy, Digital and Communications to drive organisational excellence, lead change at scale and help shape the future of the council.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience at executive level.
• Experience leading HR, Legal, Strategy, Digital and Communications.
• Experience delivering transformation in local government preferred.
