Qualifications

• Executive leadership experience in a commercial technology environment, ideally additive manufacturing.
• Proven fundraising and investment-raising track record.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Entrepreneurial, resourceful, and capable of leading in a start‑up/scale‑up.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver strategic growth plans, aligning operations, technology and business development.
• Lead commercial activities including sales, marketing, partnerships and brand positioning.
• Oversee financial management, including forecasting, reporting and investor relations.
• Play a pivotal role in fundraising and capital raising to accelerate expansion.
• Build and nurture a motivated, high-performing team through talent acquisition and development.
• Ensure strong governance, compliance and risk management across the business.
• Collaborate with technical leadership to bring cutting-edge technologies into industrial application.
